A certified lawyer with a master's degree in law, with a specialization in aspects of law and technology from Bar Ilan University, as well as a degree in computer science. Graduate of Unit 8200 and serving in an active and senior command position in the reserve service, with more than 10 years of experience in the IT world in general and in the world of information security in particular.

Served as a member of a local authority and its management for 10 years and a director of a municipal company for about 5 years. In his most recent position, he served as VP of Law and Regulation at Citadel Technologies and before that as head of consulting for insurance companies and investment houses in a company that specializes in information security.

In addition, he has been actively managing the information security manager at a number of institutional bodies for the past 10 years.
